Two ideas form the basis of this piece:
On the one hand I was interested in the instrumental timbre and the limitation of the piano as a solo instrument. I wanted to search for a dramaturgy in individual atmospheres and sounds without using artificial sound effects.
On the other hand it should become a variation, which develops out of one tiny core, the first chord.
